On 1 December 2025, the partners of the D-ACuSTE project met in Pärnu, Estonia, for the project’s final transnational meeting, hosted by Nooruse Maja. The meeting brought together one representative from each partner organisation, marking an important final step in the implementation of this Erasmus+ KA2 VET Small-scale Partnership.

The final meeting was an important opportunity for the consortium to review the overall progress of the project, assess the results achieved, and discuss the final stages of implementation and dissemination. After months of cooperation, joint work, and international exchange, the meeting in Pärnu allowed the partners to reflect together on the impact of the project and on the value of the collaboration developed throughout the D-ACuSTE journey.

During the meeting, the partners reviewed the main achievements of the project, including the development of its educational content and the launch of the digital platform. They also discussed the project’s visibility activities, the sustainability of the results, and the future use of the materials created within D-ACuSTE. Particular attention was given to how the project outcomes can continue to support vocational education and training in the cultural and creative sectors even after the end of the funded project period.

The meeting also served as a moment to evaluate the cooperation process between the partner organisations. The project has shown the importance of working together across countries to address common challenges related to digitalisation, inclusion, and innovation in education. The final discussions in Pärnu confirmed the strength of the partnership and the shared commitment of the organisations involved.

Hosted by Nooruse Maja in the welcoming setting of Pärnu, the meeting concluded the international cooperation activities of the project in a constructive and positive atmosphere. Although small in format, with one representative per partner, the meeting was highly focused and productive, allowing the consortium to finalise important project matters efficiently and collaboratively.

The final meeting in Pärnu represented not only the conclusion of a European project meeting cycle, but also the celebration of a successful partnership built on trust, shared objectives, and a common vision for more innovative and inclusive vocational education and training.

The meeting in Pärnu was therefore a meaningful final milestone in a project that has connected partners, ideas, and practical solutions across Europe.
